Jessica T. Ramos is a seasoned immigration paralegal with more than 10 years of experience in EB-5 and employment-based cases. She works closely with immigration attorneys across the U.S. to help their clients obtain work visas, student visas, green cards, and citizenship.
Jessica's skills go beyond the preparation of immigration applications; she is a resourceful paralegal who helps attorneys identify legal issues and develop effective strategies to address them.
Jessica also understands the changes that have evolved in the EB-5 program as a result of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022. She knows the USCIS standards towards investment funds and has a keen understanding of financial documents and business transactions. Jessica assists attorneys nationwide with the preparation of investors' source and path of funds analysis, I-526/I-526E Petitions, Adjustment of Status/Immigrant Visa Consular Process, and I-829 Petitions.
Jessica's experience also extends to direct and regional center EB-5 projects, as well as the various project requirements for I-956F, I-526/I-526E, and I-829 filings.
Since May 2018, Jessica has supported licensed U.S. immigration attorneys nationwide, expanded her knowledge in other employment-based and family-based cases, prepared immigration business plans for numerous investors, executives, and entrepreneurs, and assisted EB-2 National Interest Waiver applicants in articulating their proposed endeavors.
