Jessica T. Ramos is a senior business immigration paralegal with more than 10 years of experience handling complex employment-based and EB-5 immigration matters. Through LexSIA, she provides experienced, high-level paralegal support to immigration attorneys nationwide, assisting with sophisticated cases involving multinational corporations, investors, executives, entrepreneurs, and highly skilled professionals.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Miami. She is familiar with the regional center and EB-5 project documentation and compliance requirements for I-956 and I-956F filings, as well as the regulatory requirements introduced under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.
Jessica is known for her analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex documentation, helping immigration attorneys strengthen filings and efficiently handle demanding business immigration caseloads.
