- Communicate with you and your regional center clients to gather all the necessary documentation from the associated NCEs, and JCEs, if any. Use the information to assist in the calculation of the aggregate capital invested in the NCEs and the aggregate direct jobs created or preserved over the lifespan of the sponsored projects. We also assist with the draft of Form I-956G, and its pertinent memorandum of law, and compile all evidence into digital exhibits.
